The United Ukrainian Organizations of Ohio (UZO) is a tax exempt organization. All sponsors will be provided with a letter with the tax exempt number and the amount of their donation.

Please make all checks payable to Tremont Walk for Chornobyl.

All Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors will need to provide an electronic copy of their company logo (JPEG or PDF file).

All donations and logos must be submitted no later than August 31, 2007 to appear on merchandise. Please contact Matthew Zappernick at tremontw@tremontwalkforchornobyl.org if you have any questions.
